1. About ListingRVA AI

ListingRVA AI is a live AI-powered e-commerce product photography and listing generation platform operated by Codrva Digital, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. The platform is available at app.listingrvaai.com.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use ListingRVA AI. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Acceptable use

You may use ListingRVA AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or platform code
• Use automated tools to access the platform in ways that exceed normal usage
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code

5. Free tools

ListingRVA AI offers free tools — including an AI background remover and listing copy generators — that do not require an account. By using these free tools, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Rate limits: The background remover is limited to 2 uses per day per IP address. Text generation tools cap input at 300 words. These limits exist to maintain service quality and prevent abuse.
• No automation: You must not use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the free tools. Use is permitted only via the web interface.
• No storage: Uploaded images are processed in memory and immediately deleted. Outputs are returned as temporary data valid only for the current session. We do not store your uploads or generated results.
• AI-generated outputs: You may use outputs from free tools for commercial purposes. We make no warranties about accuracy, platform compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Acceptance of terms: Using free tools constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use policy in Section 4.

6. Credits and subscriptions

ListingRVA AI operates on a credit-based system. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and expire at the end of the period they were issued for. Top-up credits never expire and survive cancellation. Credits are consumed when you generate images or listing copy.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

On cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the platform and may use any remaining credits during that time. After the billing period ends, subscription credits expire. Any top-up credits you have purchased remain in your account and can continue to be used after your subscription ends. Once all credits are exhausted and your subscription has lapsed, access to generation features is suspended until you resubscribe or purchase a top-up.

On account deletion: All your data is permanently deleted immediately. Your active subscription is cancelled with the payment provider and no further charges will be made. This action cannot be undone.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all product images, descriptions, and other content you upload to ListingRVA AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it using our AI systems solely to provide the services you've requested.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide. We do not claim ownership of your generated images or listing copy.

8. AI-generated content and review obligations

ListingRVA AI applies marketplace compliance guidelines automatically to help you create high-quality, publish-ready content. Here is how AI-generated outputs work and what we recommend:

• Built-in compliance guidance. Our system applies Amazon's 2025–2026 title policy and Flipkart's content guidelines (FSSAI, CDSCO Cosmetics Rules July 2025, CCPA) as transformation guides — the AI rewrites non-compliant phrasing into compliant alternatives where possible, rather than simply flagging or blocking content. This gives you a strong starting point for every marketplace.
• A final review makes the difference. AI is a powerful creative assistant, not a compliance officer. We recommend reviewing all generated titles, bullets, descriptions, and images before publishing. Marketplace policies evolve frequently, and no automated system can guarantee that content will be accepted by a third-party platform. Your review is the safety net.
• Health, regulatory, and performance claims. Our AI is designed to avoid prohibited medical claims, disease-treatment language, and unverified regulatory badges such as "FDA Approved" or "Clinically Proven". Even so, we recommend verifying that any health or performance claims in your final copy are accurate, substantiated, and permitted under applicable law and platform policy before publishing.
• Accuracy of product details. AI-generated specifications, dimensions, ingredient lists, and other product details are derived from the product information you provide. Reviewing for factual accuracy before publishing protects your listings, your store reputation, and your buyers.

9. Integrations

When you connect a third-party store (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.), you authorise us to access and modify product listings on your behalf using the permissions you grant. We only publish content with your explicit approval — nothing is published automatically.

10. Intellectual property

All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary AI systems are the property of Codrva Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingRVA AI and Codrva Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Account deletion is permanent and immediate — all data is removed and your subscription is cancelled. See Section 6 for what happens to your credits and billing on deletion.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
