ListingRVA AI is a live AI-powered e-commerce product photography and listing generation platform operated by Codrva Digital, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. The platform is available at app.listingrvaai.com.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use ListingRVA AI. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
You may use ListingRVA AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
ListingRVA AI offers free tools, including an AI background remover and listing copy generators, that do not require an account. By using these free tools, you agree to the following additional terms:
ListingRVA AI operates on a credit-based system. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and expire at the end of the period they were issued for. Top-up credits never expire and survive cancellation. Credits are consumed when you generate images or listing copy.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, see our Cancellation Policy for details.
On cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the platform and may use any remaining credits during that time. After the billing period ends, subscription credits expire. Any top-up credits you have purchased remain in your account and can continue to be used after your subscription ends. Once all credits are exhausted and your subscription has lapsed, access to generation features is suspended until you resubscribe or purchase a top-up.
On account deletion: All your data is permanently deleted immediately. Your active subscription is cancelled with the payment provider and no further charges will be made. This action cannot be undone.
Regional pricing: Subscription prices vary by country and currency (for example, INR pricing for India-based customers via Razorpay). Your billing region is determined by your location when you first subscribe and applies for the life of that subscription. Regional pricing is based on your country of residence. If your account is used primarily from a different country for an extended period, we may ask you to update your billing region; you will receive at least 60 days' notice by email and in-app banner. If the billing region is not updated within the notice period, access to generation features may be paused until you cancel the existing subscription, confirm your current region, and re-subscribe on the pricing applicable to it. Your products, generated assets and remaining credits are not affected by a billing-region update, and per our Refund Policy no refunds are issued for billing-region updates, your existing plan remains usable until the end of its paid period. Occasional travel does not trigger this process. Why we do this: our pricing is regional so that sellers everywhere pay a fair price for their local market; the AI compute behind every generation costs the same worldwide, so regional pricing is only sustainable when used in the region it is intended for.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of all product images, descriptions, and other content you upload to ListingRVA AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it using our AI systems solely to provide the services you've requested.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide. We do not claim ownership of your generated images or listing copy.
ListingRVA AI applies marketplace compliance guidelines automatically to help you create high-quality, publish-ready content. Here is how AI-generated outputs work and what we recommend:
When you connect a third-party store (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.), you authorise us to access and modify product listings on your behalf using the permissions you grant. We only publish content with your explicit approval, nothing is published automatically.
All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary AI systems are the property of Codrva Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingRVA AI and Codrva Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Account deletion is permanent and immediate, all data is removed and your subscription is cancelled. See Section 6 for what happens to your credits and billing on deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Registered users are automatically enrolled in our referral/affiliate program and receive a unique referral link. By participating, you agree to the terms below.
Qualified referrals. A commission is earned only when a new customer, someone who does not already have an account, signs up through your referral link and completes their first paid subscription. Each new workspace may be attributed to only one affiliate, based on the referral link used within a 60-day tracking window.
Commission. You earn 25% of that referred customer's first subscription payment only, a one-time commission per referred customer, calculated in the currency of that payment. Free plans, credit top-ups, renewals, and later payments do not earn commission.
Holding period and reversals. Commissions are held as pending for 30 days to allow for refunds. If the underlying payment is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission is cancelled. Approved commissions are paid in periodic batches once your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold (currently the equivalent of US$50).
Payouts and taxes. Payouts are made by your chosen method (PayPal, UPI, bank transfer, or platform account credits). You are solely responsible for any taxes due on commissions you receive and for providing accurate payout details.
Prohibited conduct. Self-referrals, creating fake or duplicate accounts, misleading or spammy promotion, false claims about ListingRVA AI, unauthorised use of our trademarks, and bidding on our brand terms in paid search are prohibited. Violations result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the program.
Program changes. Participation does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship. We may change the commission rate or program terms, withhold commissions where fraud is suspected, and modify or discontinue the program at any time.
