Who ListingRVA AI emails, how to stop our emails, and how to report abuse.
We never send email from our listingrvaai.com domain, or email that links to listingrvaai.com, to a person who has not signed up with us or asked us to contact them. We do not pay, ask or allow anyone else, including affiliates and partners, to send such email on our behalf.
Our mailing lists contain only the people described in section 2. We never add bought, rented, traded or scraped addresses to them.
We only email people who:
Account emails. Login codes, password resets, receipts and invoices, payment problems, support replies, team invitations and important account notices. You receive these as long as you have an account, because you need them to use the service.
Product news, tips and reminders. Feature announcements, tips for getting started, reminders to finish signing up, review requests and occasional offers. Every one of these emails includes an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe in email apps such as Gmail and Apple Mail.
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any product news, tip or reminder email, or the Unsubscribe button your email app shows next to our address. The change takes effect immediately and we will not email that address again except for account emails. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove your address by hand.
If you delete your account, we stop sending account emails. We may still send occasional product news to that address, always with an unsubscribe link, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to remove the address completely.
Our affiliate program terms prohibit spam and misleading promotion. Affiliates, partners and resellers must not send unsolicited email, messages or comments that advertise ListingRVA AI or contain links to listingrvaai.com or their referral links. Anyone who breaks this rule is removed from the program and loses unpaid commissions.
Our email is sent from our own domain, listingrvaai.com, through our own mail server, and is signed with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so mail providers can confirm it really comes from us. Each message clearly identifies ListingRVA AI as the sender, uses accurate subject lines, and product news, tip and reminder emails include our postal address.
If you received an email that mentions ListingRVA AI or links to listingrvaai.com and you did not ask for it, please forward it with its full headers to [email protected], or call +1 (833) 551-8830. We investigate every report within 2 business days, stop the sender where we can, and remove your address from our lists.
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. This policy works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
