1. Who we are

ListingRVA AI is a live AI-powered e-commerce product photography and listing generation platform operated by Codrva Digital, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. We provide tools for ecommerce sellers to generate product images, listing copy, and publish to marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, Flipkart, BigCommerce, and Magento.

2. Data we collect

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). You may optionally provide a phone number and company name.

Email address requirements: We require a permanent, personal, or business email address. Disposable, temporary, or throwaway email addresses are not permitted. We maintain a blocklist of known disposable email providers and automatically reject signups from those domains. Accounts found to have been created using disposable or fraudulent email addresses are subject to immediate suspension without notice.

Product data: Product images, titles, descriptions, and tags you upload or import from connected stores.

Payment data: We process payments through Razorpay (India — INR) and DodoPayments (international — USD). We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials. Payment processors handle all sensitive financial data under their own PCI-DSS compliance.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, images generated, credits consumed, and session activity — used to improve the platform and detect abuse.

Integration credentials: OAuth tokens for connected stores (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) stored encrypted. We only request the minimum permissions needed to sync and publish products.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and referrer — collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How we use your data

Provide and operate the ListingRVA AI platform
Process payments and manage your subscription
Generate AI product images and listing copy using your uploaded product data
Sync and publish products to your connected stores
Send transactional emails (account verification, payment receipts, support replies)
Send product updates and feature announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
Improve our AI models and platform features using aggregated, anonymised usage data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Razorpay — payment processing for India (INR)
DodoPayments — payment processing for international (USD)
OpenAI — AI image generation (gpt-image-1) and listing copy (GPT-4o)
Google Gemini — AI image generation fallback
remove.bg / Clipdrop — background removal for product images
Google Analytics — anonymised website usage analytics
cPanel SMTP — transactional email delivery
Cloudflare R2 — generated image storage

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (AWS EC2). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), encrypted OAuth tokens, and access controls.

Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (private, served via signed URLs). Product data and account information are stored in a PostgreSQL database with regular backups.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data (name, email, phone, workspace, products, integrations, and generated assets) is deleted immediately. Your account email is anonymised and your user record is retained in anonymised form solely to preserve referential integrity of historical records. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance).

Generated images and assets are retained until you delete them or close your account.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We use Google Analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the platform.

9. Account suspension for policy violations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including but not limited to:

Use of a disposable, temporary, or fraudulent email address
Providing false or misleading registration information
Abuse of the platform, including spam, scraping, or misuse of AI generation features
Attempting to circumvent credit limits, billing, or access controls

Suspended accounts will receive an error message on login. To appeal a suspension, contact hello@listingrvaai.com with your account details. We review all appeals within 5 business days.

10. Children's privacy

ListingRVA AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Free tools (no account required)

ListingRVA AI offers several free tools — including an AI background remover and listing copy generators — accessible without an account. These tools have a distinct data handling approach:

Uploaded images are not stored. Images you upload to free tools are processed in memory and immediately deleted from the server. No file is written to disk and no image is stored in any database. The processed result is returned as a temporary base64 data URL valid only for the current browser session. Closing or refreshing the page permanently discards the output.
IP-based rate limiting. Your IP address is recorded in Redis (an in-memory cache) solely to enforce daily usage limits. This data auto-purges when the rate-limit window expires (24 hours) and is never written to permanent storage or shared with third parties.
No account data collected. No name, email, or payment information is collected when using free tools. The tools function entirely without authentication.
Generated text is not stored. Text outputs from free listing copy generators are returned in the response and not stored on our servers.

13. AI-generated content and platform guidelines

ListingRVA AI uses large language models and image generation AI to produce listing copy, infographics, and product images. Here is how we approach content quality and platform alignment:

AI-assisted, with compliance rules applied automatically. All outputs — titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images — are generated by AI models with platform-specific transformation rules applied. Our system is designed to produce high-quality, platform-aligned content; however, AI models can occasionally make errors, and marketplace policies change frequently. We recommend a final review before publishing.
Amazon guidelines applied automatically. For Amazon sellers, our system applies the 2025–2026 title policy guidelines: avoiding prohibited claims, disease-treatment language for supplements and cosmetics, and unverified regulatory badges (such as "FDA Approved" or "Clinically Proven"), with adherence to the 200-character title limit. These rules act as transformation guides — the AI rewrites content into compliant alternatives rather than simply blocking.
Flipkart guidelines applied automatically. For Flipkart sellers, our system aligns with Flipkart's content standards including FSSAI-aligned food and supplement language, CDSCO-aligned cosmetics rules (Cosmetics Rules July 2025), and CCPA dark-pattern avoidance under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
A human review step is always recommended. We encourage reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing to any marketplace. AI can occasionally misinterpret product data or produce phrasing that doesn't reflect the latest platform policy. A final review by you ensures the content accurately represents your product.
Accuracy is tied to the data you provide. Specifications, dimensions, ingredient lists, and other product details in generated content are derived from the data you upload. Reviewing factual accuracy before publishing protects your listings and your customers.
