What is ListingRVA AI?
ListingRVA AI is an AI-powered platform for ecommerce sellers. Upload one product photo and get studio-quality images in 16 image styles, SEO-optimised listing copy, ad copy, and one-click publish to your connected stores — all without a photographer, copywriter, or designer.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Every new account gets 50 free credits with zero credit card required. You can generate images and listing copy immediately to test the platform.
What can I do with the 50 free credits?
  • Generate 8–12 product images depending on the image style you choose
  • Generate a full listing copy set (title, bullets, description, keywords)
  • Export assets as a ZIP
  • Test any of the 16 image styles
The free plan gives you a genuine feel for the platform before you pay anything.
How do I add my first product?
Go to Products → Add Product. Enter a title, description, category, and upload at least one product photo. The richer your product details, the better the AI output. Once saved, open AI Studio and select your product to start generating.
What is the best type of product image to upload?
  • Best: PNG with a transparent background — the AI composites your product into scenes without colour bleed or halos
  • Good: JPEG with a clean white background — the AI auto-removes it before generation
  • Works: Any background — select "Textured/Scene" and the AI accounts for it
Set the background type in AI Studio → Product Background for best generation results.
How long does image generation take?
Most styles complete in 20–40 seconds. Model shots and complex infographics can take up to 60 seconds. Every generated image goes through a review step — nothing is auto-published to your store. See style costs for credit breakdown by style.

What is a credit?
A credit is the unit of value consumed by AI operations on the platform. One credit ≠ one image — each operation has its own cost based on complexity. See your plan allocation to understand how many credits come with each plan.

This generates a full set: title, bullet points, description, and keywords — all platform-specific. See listing copy for what each component includes.
Do subscription credits expire?
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits from the previous cycle are not carried over on renewal — they reset to your plan's monthly allocation.

Exception: if you upgrade to a higher plan, your remaining subscription credits carry forward and are added on top of your new allocation.
Do top-up credits expire?
Never. Credits purchased from top-up packs never expire. They stay in your account indefinitely and are consumed only after your monthly subscription credits run out.
In what order are credits consumed?
Subscription credits are consumed first. Once those reach zero, top-up credits are used. This means your purchased credits always act as a buffer and are never wasted by a plan renewal.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation is blocked and you see a clear "out of credits" message. You can top up instantly without changing your plan — small (100cr), medium (500cr), or large (1000cr) packs are available on the billing page. Top-ups take effect immediately.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Top-up packs are independent of your subscription and available on the billing page:
  • 100 credits — $9 / ₹499
  • 500 credits — $39 / ₹1,999
  • 1,000 credits — $69 / ₹3,499
Top-ups never expire and are ideal for seasonal campaigns or product launch sprints.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly plans are billed once annually at 20% off the monthly price. You still receive credits monthly — you are not waiting a full year for your credit allocation. Example: Growth yearly is $63/mo billed as $758/year, vs $79/mo billed monthly.
What happens to my credits when I upgrade mid-cycle?
Your remaining subscription credits carry forward. If you have 50 credits left on Starter and upgrade to Growth, those 50 credits are added on top of your new 600 credit allocation — giving you 650 credits to start. This applies to all tier upgrades on both monthly and yearly plans.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Billing in your dashboard, select a new plan, and complete checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately after payment confirmation. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. compare plans side by side.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • International: all major credit/debit cards via DodoPayments
  • India: UPI, NetBanking, credit/debit cards, and wallets via Razorpay
Currency is auto-detected based on your location. contact support if you have payment issues.
Is GST included in Indian pricing?
Indian prices displayed are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout. You can enter your GSTIN in billing settings to receive a GST-compliant invoice. contact support for invoicing queries.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your account is moved to on_hold status. You'll receive email reminders on day 1, day 3, and day 7 to update your payment method. Your data and generated assets are preserved. Once payment succeeds, access is restored immediately. Update your card under account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing → Cancel Subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. You keep your generated assets, products, and data. See our Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Every account starts with 50 free credits — no credit card required — so you can test the platform thoroughly before paying. See our Cancellation Policy for the full policy including exceptions for billing errors and verified outages.

How does the AI actually generate product images?
The AI analyzes your uploaded product photo using computer vision to understand shape, color, and category. It then generates a scene (background, lighting, environment) and composites your real product into it. You're not getting a generic product mockup — the AI uses your actual product as the subject. Apply your Brand Kit to add brand colors and logo automatically.
What are the 16 image styles?
  • Hero / White BG — Pure white background for Amazon/Flipkart compliance
  • Shadow Reflection — Soft shadow/reflection on a clean surface, Shopify/D2C
  • Lifestyle in Use — Product in a realistic environment (kitchen, gym, office)

What is Platform Kit?
Platform Kit is a one-click style preset in AI Studio. Select a platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and click Kit in the style selector — it pre-selects the recommended styles for that platform in the right priority order. Saves you from manually choosing each style. First connect your store under platform integrations.
What does the "Product Background" setting do?
It tells the AI what kind of background your uploaded product image has. Options:
  • Transparent (Best) — PNG with no background; cleanest compositing
  • White/Clean — The AI auto-removes the white background before generation
  • Light Gray/Beige — AI removes the light background
  • Solid Color — The AI handles solid-color removal
  • Textured/Scene — Complex background, AI works around it
The correct setting significantly improves output quality.
What is Mix Images?
If your product has multiple uploaded images (front, side, back), Mix Images lets you select 2 or more to combine into a single shot. The AI creates a composite scene showing multiple angles simultaneously — useful for products where showing multiple sides adds value (e.g. packaging, apparel). Generated images can then be exported directly.

What is the difference between Gemini and ChatGPT models?
  • Gemini (2.5 Flash) — Excellent for lifestyle and model shots, strong scene generation and product preservation
  • ChatGPT (gpt-image-1) — Best product preservation, great for lifestyle, seasonal, and premium brand styles
Model selection is available on Growth plans and above. Tier 1 styles always use the deterministic renderer regardless of model choice.
Can I select a specific product image to use as the source?
Yes. If your product has multiple uploaded images, tap any image thumbnail in AI Studio to mark it as the active source. A blue ring and "✓ Active" indicator show the selected image. The selected image is used as the source for all generation in that session. Your generated output is then stored in the asset library.

✍️ Listing & Ad Copy

What is listing copy and what does it generate?
Listing copy generates the text content for your product page on a specific marketplace. For each platform it produces:
  • Title — SEO-optimised, within platform character limits
  • Bullet points — 5 benefit-driven points formatted for the platform
  • Description — Long-form copy (HTML-friendly for WooCommerce/Shopify, A+ style for Amazon)
  • Keywords — Seed and long-tail keywords for search ranking
Once generated, use Push to Store to publish copy directly to your connected store.
What is the difference between listing copy and ad copy?
Listing copy is optimised for organic search on a marketplace — titles and bullets written to rank and convert on Amazon, Shopify, etc.

Ad copy is optimised for paid advertising — short, punchy hooks, benefit headlines, and CTAs for Google Ads, Meta, and platform-specific ad formats. See credit costs for both.
Which platforms are supported for listing copy?
Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, and General (platform-agnostic). Each platform has its own writing rules — Amazon copy will not be the same as Etsy copy even for the same product. Connect your store first under platform integrations.
Can I edit the generated copy?
Yes. Generated copy is fully editable. You can copy any section, edit inline, and save the final version back to your product record using Save to Product. Saved copy becomes the default for future exports and pushes to that platform.
What are seed keywords?
Optional keywords you provide to guide the AI. For example, entering hyaluronic, SPF 50, anti-aging for a serum tells the AI to incorporate those terms into the generated copy. Without seed keywords, the AI derives keywords from your product title and description. See listing copy for how keywords appear in generated output.

🔌 Platform Integrations

Which platforms are supported?
Amazon (SP-API), Flipkart (Seller API), Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, and Magento. Connect your store under Integrations in the dashboard. all integrations with setup guides.
What can I do once a platform is connected?
  • AI Studio auto-applies the platform's compliance rules (image size, background, ratio)
  • Generated images can be published directly to your product listings
  • Push to Store syncs images and listing copy to your live store in one click
  • Platform-specific style recommendations appear in the style selector

Does connecting a platform give it access to my account or orders?
No. Integrations use read/write access only for product listings and images — the scope required to push content. We do not access orders, customers, financials, or any data outside product catalog management. See our privacy policy.
Can I connect multiple stores on the same platform?
Each workspace supports one connected account per platform. If you manage multiple Shopify stores, you can create separate workspaces or use the workspace switcher on Pro plans.
My integration shows "Disconnected" — what do I do?
OAuth tokens expire or are revoked when you change your platform password or revoke app access. Go to Integrations, disconnect, and reconnect the platform. If the issue persists, contact support.

📦 Export & Publishing

How do I export my generated images?
From AI Studio, Asset Library, or any product page, click Export. You can download a ZIP containing all approved images for a product. The ZIP is organised by platform with the correct file names and resolutions. First connect your stores under platform integrations.
What is Push to Store?
Push to Store publishes your generated images and listing copy directly to your connected store — no manual uploading. Go to Push to Store, select a product and platform, choose which assets and copy sections to push, and confirm. The update appears live on your store within seconds.
What image format and resolution are exported?
Images are exported as PNG or JPEG at the resolution you generated them (1000px–2000px). The Export ZIP organises images by platform (e.g. /amazon/, /shopify/) with platform-appropriate filenames. See output sizes for available resolutions.
Can I download images I generated earlier?
Yes. All generated and approved images are stored in your Asset Library. Filter by product or platform, preview full-size, and download individually or as a ZIP. Assets are retained for the lifetime of your account. Access via AI Studio or the Asset Library page.

👤 Account & Settings

What is the Brand Kit?
Brand Kit stores your brand identity once — colors, logo, and fonts. Every AI-generated image automatically applies your brand palette. Logo + colors are available on Starter plans and above. Custom fonts on Growth and above. White-label (removing ListingRVA AI branding) is Pro only.
How many team members can I add?
  • Free: 1 (owner only)
  • Starter: up to 2
  • Growth: up to 5
  • Pro: up to 15 + 3 workspaces
Add team members under Settings → Team. Each member uses the workspace's shared credit pool. compare plans for full team limits.
Can I use the API?
Yes on Growth and Pro plans. Generate your API key under Settings → API Keys. The API supports image generation, listing copy, product management, and asset retrieval. contact us for API documentation.
How do I delete my account?
Cancel your subscription first (Billing settings), then email support@listingrvaai.com requesting account deletion. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Is my product data and images stored securely?
Yes. Product images and generated assets are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). We do not share your product data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

🛠️ Free Tools

Do you store uploaded images from free tools?
No. Images you upload to free tools (like the AI background remover) are processed in memory and immediately deleted from the server — nothing is written to disk or stored in a database. The result is returned as a temporary data URL valid only for your current browser session. Closing or refreshing the page permanently discards both the upload and the output.
What are the daily limits on free tools?
  • AI background remover: 2 free removals per day per IP address
  • Listing copy generators (title, bullet points, description): input is capped at 300 words per request
Limits reset every 24 hours. To remove limits entirely, create a free account — the platform offers 50 signup credits with no credit card required.
Can I use free tools without an account?
Yes. All free tools on listingrvaai.com work without signing in. No account, no email, no credit card — just open the tool and use it. Your IP address is used only for rate limiting (auto-purged after 24 hours) and is never shared. If you want to save outputs, generate more images, or push results to your store, sign up for a free account.
