Cancellation Policy

All payments made to ListingRVA AI — for subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Pro) billed monthly or yearly — are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, partial usage, or downgrade to a lower plan.

This policy exists because we offer a permanent free plan that gives you full access to the product before you pay a single rupee or dollar. We believe that is the fairest way to earn your trust — and to keep our refund policy honest.

The free plan is not a limited-time trial — it is a permanent tier of the product. You can use it indefinitely, no credit card required.

If the free plan convinces you that ListingRVA AI delivers value, upgrade. If it doesn't, you never owed us anything.

Credit top-up packs (100, 500, and 1,000 credits) are one-time purchases. Because credits are a digital consumable applied to your account immediately upon payment, top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added.

Top-up credits never expire and carry over indefinitely — they are not tied to any billing cycle. They remain on your account regardless of subscription status.

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked.

How to cancel: Go to app.listingrvaai.com/billing → scroll to Manage Subscription → click "Cancel plan". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After your billing period ends: Your products, generated images, listing copy, and asset library remain accessible. Any top-up credits you've purchased are retained indefinitely and can still be used for generation. Once all credits are exhausted, generation features are suspended — you can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.

Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time from the billing page — before or after your cancellation date.

The no-refund policy does not apply to the following situations:

Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation that was already confirmed, we will correct the error and refund the difference immediately — no time limit applies.

Unauthorized charges: If you believe your account was charged without your authorization, contact us at support@listingrvaai.com immediately. We will investigate and work with our payment processors to resolve the issue.

Technical failure preventing access: If ListingRVA AI experiences a verified outage of more than 24 consecutive hours that prevents you from using the platform, you may be eligible for a prorated credit for the affected period. Contact us with details.

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, and we will act in good faith to do so.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently suspended.

All disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
