Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions — Starter, Growth, and Pro — whether billed monthly or yearly. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription start date, contact us and we'll refund your payment in full.

Yearly plans: If you purchased a yearly plan and request a refund within 14 days, you receive a full refund of the entire annual amount — not just one month.

After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Renewal charges: If you are charged for a renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review your case. We generally issue a refund for accidental renewals if you haven't used significant credits in that cycle.

Eligible for refund

  • Within 14 days of first subscription payment
  • Accidental renewal within 7 days (low usage)
  • Duplicate charge by payment processor
  • Technical failure preventing platform access
  • Yearly plan refund within 14-day window

Not eligible for refund

  • Request after 14-day guarantee window
  • Significant credits already consumed
  • Downgrade to a lower plan mid-cycle
  • Account suspended for policy violations
  • Change of mind after heavy platform use

Credit Top-Up Refunds

Credit top-up packs (100, 500, and 1,000 credits) are one-time purchases. Because credits are a digital consumable that are added to your account immediately upon payment, top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been applied.

Exception: If you were charged for a top-up but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error, contact us immediately. We will either add the credits or issue a full refund within 2 business days.

Top-up credits never expire and carry over indefinitely — they are not tied to your billing cycle. We encourage you to use them at your own pace.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked.

Access after cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to all features and your remaining credits until that date.

How to cancel: Go to app.listingrvaai.com/billing → scroll to the bottom → click "Cancel subscription". The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to your data: After your subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan (50 credits/month). Your products, generated images, and listing copy remain accessible. Top-up credits you've purchased are retained and never expire.

Reactivation: You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before or after the period ends by selecting a new plan from the billing page.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Send an email to support@listingrvaai.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your account details

Provide the email address on your account, the plan you subscribed to, and the approximate date of payment. A reason is helpful but not required.

We confirm within 1 business day

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. For requests within the 14-day window, approval is automatic.

Refund is processed

Once approved, we initiate the refund through the original payment method (Cashfree for INR payments, DodoPayments for USD). Credits are removed from your account at the time of refund.

Refund Timeline

Once we approve and initiate your refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:

Day 0 — Refund initiated by us

We process the refund through Cashfree (INR) or DodoPayments (USD) immediately after approval.

2–5 business days — UPI & Net Banking (India)

Refunds to UPI IDs and bank accounts via Net Banking typically reflect within 2–5 business days.

5–7 business days — Debit & Credit Cards

Card refunds depend on your issuing bank's processing time. Most Indian banks process within 5–7 business days; international cards may take up to 10 business days.

Up to 10 business days — International payments (USD)

Refunds via DodoPayments for international customers may take up to 10 business days depending on your card network and bank.

If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, please email us with your refund confirmation and we'll follow up with the payment processor directly.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Service outages: If ListingRVA AI experiences a significant outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the platform, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period, regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us with details.

Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount or charged twice for the same period, we will correct the error and refund the difference immediately — no time limit applies.

Fraud or unauthorized charges: If you believe your account was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@listingrvaai.com. We will investigate and work with our payment processors to resolve the issue.

Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service (spam, abuse, fraudulent activity) are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support team.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently suspended.

All disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
